LISTING AGREEMENT

This addendum is attached to, and becomes a part of, the listing agreement dated ______________, 2011 between Gayle Barton of The Real Estate Connection and ________________________________________________ to sell the property located at _________________________________________________________________________.

Cancellation will take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.

Notice may be made in writing, by telephone or facsimile with no explanation required
(though one would be appreciated).

Full commission shall be payable if a binding purchase agreement is entered into within 180 days of the listing cancellation between the seller(s) and any buyer who was introduced to or shown the property listed above during the term of the listing agreement.
